1 Cup Rice Cooked
1/2 Cup chopped Onion
1 Cup of Choped Brussels Sprouts
1 Green Chili
1 Tbs Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tbs Garm Masala Powder
Cilantro for Garnishing
1. Heat Pan with 2 Tbs oil and add Onion, Green Chili and Ginger Garlic paste to the pan and fry them till they are cooked.
2. Add Brussels,Turmeric, salt to the pan and close it with a lid.
3. Add Garam Masala powder to the pan and cook it for 2 Mins.
4. Now mix the curry with rice and garnish it with Cilantro.
* Serve it with Raita.
